We are a premium forum, a growing executive network, and the place where the future of care is discussed candidly.
Our Story
Why the Exchange was created
The North-West Care Exchange was created because the sector needed more than another conference. Founders Bonita Santos and Kudzayi Samuriwo set out to build a premium, candid forum where commissioners, providers and leaders could meet as peers to share practice, challenge thinking, and form relationships that last beyond a single day.
Though North-West rooted, the Exchange was always intended as a national conversation: a Northern home for the people who shape social care across the UK.
On 22 August 2026 that vision became real. The inaugural North-West Care Exchange gathered at the Landmark Deansgate Hotel in Manchester under the banner Redefining the Norm a full day of keynotes, panels and conversation, followed by an evening gala dinner.
The conversation continues. The next Exchange is on Saturday 28 November 2026 in Manchester, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport (confirmation pending).
